These Terms govern your use of Local Poker Nights (the "Site"), operated by Power Poker League LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use the Site

You must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Site.

What Local Poker Nights is

Local Poker Nights is a directory that helps players discover local poker leagues and events, and helps organizers reach players. We provide information and introductions. We do not host, operate, organize, or take any financial stake in any game.

Not a gambling service

Local Poker Nights does not facilitate real-money gambling. Listings are informational. Power Poker League is league-management and record-keeping software, not a gambling platform. Poker and gaming laws vary by location, including for home games. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws that apply to you, and you participate in any game at your own risk.

Community listings

If you submit a league or game listing, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and remove your listing. We may review, edit, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion. Community listings are submitted by third parties; we do not verify or endorse them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to submit false or misleading information, not to send spam, and not to scrape, copy, or disrupt the Site.

Third-party services

The Site links to third-party services, including the Power Poker League app and organizer pages. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, event, or information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Poker League LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or participation in any game.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power Poker League LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or the listings you submit.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here.
